Hydrophilic silicone softener delivering soft, smooth handle, color migration inhibition, and comfort properties.

Properties

  • Colloidal dispersion of modified silicone fluid.
  • Slightly cationic nature.
  • Transparent viscous liquid (colorless to slightly yellow).
  • pH: 4.0 – 5.0.
  • Dilutes in cold water with gentle agitation.
  • Compatible with cationic and non-ionic products.
  • Stable in water hardness and pH range 3 – 12.
  • Provides hydrophilic properties and anti-static effect.
  • Does not yellow white fabrics.
  • High resilience improvement in knitted and elastic fabrics.
  • Enhances wash-and-wear effects and sewing properties.

Uses

  • Continuous impregnation: 5 – 15 g/l CASDISOFT SQH Conc, no special drying conditions required.
  • Exhaustion: 0.5 – 2% CASDISOFT SQH Conc based on fabric weight, 40 – 50°C, 30 – 40 min, pH 5 – 6.
  • Recommended for natural fibers (cotton, viscose, wool) and blends with synthetics.
  • Suitable for high-turbulence jet machines.
